The shipping rates and methods below cover our shipping costs to you only, and we do not make income from the charge. We provide Free 48hr delivery for orders over £20. Free Next Day delivery is available for orders over £35. If your order is under £20, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges.

The shipping rates are automatically added to the order as you checkout and calculated based on the items in your basket and the delivery address. When you place an order on our website we will ship it out directly from our Warehouse. Please be aware that all promotions and discounts will not apply to the shipping rates.

For parcels being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

Zone A: Northern Ireland

Zone B: includes the following post codes, IM, HS, ZE, PA, KA, KW, IV, FK17-21, AB36-38, AB55-56, PH 19-50. IM = Isle of Man, HS = Outer Hebrides is a group of postcode districts around Isle of Barra, Isle of Benbecula, Isle of Harris, Isle of Lewis, Isle of North Uist, Isle of Scalpay, Isle of South Uist and Stornoway in Scotland, ZE = Lewick postcode Area, PA = Paisley area, KA = Kilmarnock area, KW = Kirkwall, IV = Inverness, FK 17-21 = Falkirk outer Districts, AB36-38 = Strathdon, Ballindalloch, Aberlour, AB55-56 = Keith and Buckie, PH 19-50 Perth outer districts.

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £35

For UK Mainland, if you order before 2pm Monday-Friday, we aim that you’ll receive your items the Next Day. If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your items will be delivered on Monday / Tuesday.

For Non Mainland UK (including Scottish Highlands), items ordered before 8pm will take 2 working days to be delivered.

All other orders

Mainland UK Small Items < 2Kg with less than £20 spend will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, unless you opt in for DPD Next Day service. Larger items >2Kg are always sent via our DPD Next Day service, which will deliver your items the next day if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday. Non-mainland UK deliveries would always take 2 – 3 working days via Hermes.

Unfortunately we are not yet offering European shipping, but we are working hard in expanding our dare experiences and products to the rest of the EU and abroad very soon.
