Regular Delivery (Subscription) Guide.

Introduction

dare regular delivery subscription service is completely flexible:

Step 1: Choose Regular Delivery Subscription

On the motivational shake product page:

1. Select “Regular-Delivery” – 10% off”

2. Select the flavour and the quantity you want of each individual flavour to add to your regular delivery subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavour

3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks etc.

4. Click on Add to Cart

5. On the cart page, you can review your order, amend the quantity per flavour, discount codes, your free gifts etc. and proceed to secure checkout.

Step 2: Create an account / Login

To manage your regular delivery subscription, you must have a dare ® | Motivation Lifestyle account.

Note: You will be unable to “Guest Checkout” if selecting Regular delivery subscription.

On the checkout page you will be asked to create an account if you are creating a regular delivery subscription. Insert your email and create a password.

Alternatively, if you already have an account then you will be prompted to login to your account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgotten Password” link to retrieve your password and login.

Step 3: Managing Your Regular Delivery Subscription

In order to manage your regular delivery subscription you must first login to your account. Once you are logged in, expand the drop down menu on the left hand side on desktop and at the top of the screen on mobile.

Order History – view all your previous orders

Subscriptions – manage and edit your regular delivery subscriptions

Upcoming deliveries – a list of all your future deliveries, ordered by date

Edit Account – edit your login details

Edit Address – edit your delivery addresses

Payment method – manage your payment methods, delete and choose preferred methods

Affiliate  – Access to your affiliate dashboard (by invitation only)

Log out – log out of your account

Subscription Page

By clicking on the Subscription option on the menu you will land on the regular delivery subscription page.

Here you will be able to see a list of the current Active, Cancelled and On Hold subscriptions. Click View on the right hand side of the subscription you wish to review or amend.

Amend Regular Delivery Subscription

– Status this shows whether this is an active subscription or on Hold

– Start Date when the subscription was commenced

– Last Order date when the last order was sent

– Next Payment date when your next order is expected

– Auto Renew allows you either to manually renew your regular delivery subscription or automatically every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks etc.

– Actions: Renew Now, Pause, Cancel, Edit Address, Edit Payment

Renew Now: If you opted for manual renewals you can renew your subscription with this option. For automatic renewals, you can request a, early top up of your regular delivery subscription before your next order. Please note that by renewing early, this will also defer your next order date either by 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks etc depending on how frequently you chose your automatic renewals to be.

Pause: This will place your regular delivery subscription on hold. You can use this if you are going to be away, would like a break or perhaps still have plenty of shake left. You will be able to reactivate this at anytime.

Cancel: You can cancel your subscription anytime, no fees, no questions.

Edit Address: You can change the address of where your subscription orders are delivered.

Edit payment: You can amend your payment details such as your credit or debit card, use PayPal, Apple Pay etc.

How to change products in your subscription

In order to change the quantity, flavours or products on your current regular delivery subscription it is best to cancel or pause your subscription and placing a new subscription via the shop. You can do this at anytime and so long as you cancel or pause your current subscription before the renewal date you will not be charged and there will no cancellation fees.
